This is not your ordinary pizza. I LOVE salad on top of pizza – it gives it an entirely different texture. Plus you get some roughage; and erryyybody needs some roughage.
If you were a kid of the ’90’s – did your high school have those cute little individual pizzas in the cardboard boxes? Mine did. And I LOVED them. I’m not talking about those rectangular pizzas, or the hectagon shaped “Fiestada“. Remember those?? I loved those, too.
