Chicken Caesar Salad Pizza is a perfect flavor storm of thin, crispy pizza topped with grilled chicken and Romaine lettuce combined with homemade Caesar dressing.
This is not your ordinary pizza; unless you’re like me and consider caesar salad pizza normal.
‘Cause I really do, but I’m not exactly normal when it comes to food.
I LOVE pizza topped with salad – it gives typical pizza an entirely different texture and experience.
Plus you get some roughage; and erryyybody needs some roughage.
Well, ok, except for my husband. He can eat an entire pound of Mozzarella cheese like it’s an apple and never experience an issue with irregularity.
I just really don’t think that’s normal.
Although, I have to say I’m jealous of that talent.
How To Make Chicken Caesar Salad Pizza
I’ve always loved Muenster cheese on pizza, along with other cheeses, but feel free to use your favorite melty cheeses.
I just add some Caesar dressing on the unbaked dough, followed by some of the cheese, then the chopped chicken, followed by more cheese. The truth is, any order you put it in will come out delicious.
Although you could definitely bake this on a baking sheet, my pizza stone makes the very BEST pizzas. It’s Pampered Chef, and I’ve had it for 10 years now – 10!!!
I have used the hell out of it because it’s seasoned so well, and anything I put on it turns out amazing. I made this a little on the thin side, but making a deep pan version in a cast iron skillet would be delicious, too.
We just love all things pizza around here.

- This Caesar Salad Dressing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
- Combine the water and yeast in the bowl of a stand mixer; let sit for 10 minutes.

- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until bubbly and dough is done.
