All the flavors of a Big Mac, no drive-thru required. This cheesy, beefy Big Mac Cheeseburger Dip is loaded with seasoned ground beef, cheddar, pickles, lettuce, and that signature special sauce – perfect for game day or any excuse to dip something.
If you’ve ever wished you could eat a Big Mac with a spoon, congratulations — your dream just came true.
This Big Mac Cheeseburger Dip is everything you love about the classic burger — melty cheddar, seasoned beef, diced pickles, shredded lettuce, and that “special” sauce — all piled into one creamy, scoopable bowl of delicious chaos.
It’s like tailgate food and drive-thru nostalgia had a baby, and that baby came out hot, bubbly, and begging for tortilla chips.
Here’s how it goes down:
Beef: Browned and seasoned (salt, pepper, Worcestershire) — because bland beef is a crime.
Cheese: Shredded cheddar for melt factor and sharpness.
Sauce: Ketchup, mayo, relish, and a dash of Worcestershire — the “special” part that makes it unmistakably Big Mac-ish.
Toppings: Shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and chopped pickles — added at the end so they stay fresh and crunchy.
Serve it warm with sturdy chips, toasted baguette slices, or even waffle fries (because why not go all in?). I love any cheeseburger, any time of the day.
Well, I say that but there are certain condiments that must be on my burger or I won’t be real happy. At the very least cheese, mayo, and pickles. When I make my own, it generally has more stuff packed on it that a lot of times a fork is required, like here, here and here.

Look, I like everything but the kitchen sink on mine; it’s how I’m designed. My condiment game is strong.
Even though I’m pretty particular and will always choose grilling a burger at home over getting a burger out, I’ve always had a special place in my heart for Big Macs, which is obviously the inspiration behind this dip. I can remember being 17-years-old, and although I absolutely loved Big Macs, sometimes I would feel so guilty eating them (I thought I was a little too chunky at the time) that I would negotiate with myself and NOT get the fries, thinking that would make it ok.
What is Big Mac Cheeseburger Dip?
This dip has all the taste of a Big Mac, in appetizer form. And it’s really easy to make.
Of course, then I wouldn’t get to actually enjoy it because I didn’t have the fries to dip in my very favorite mixture of mayonnaise and ketchup. My 17-year-old self was such a moron.
That’s the whole package. This dip is actually pretty easy. I started with lean ground beef (sirloin), cheddar cheese, “special sauce”, diced pickles, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and onions. Add cheese on top of the ground sirloin, then pop in the oven for a couple of minutes to melt. Layer the rest of the ingredients and enjoy with tortilla chips, baked chips or cut veggies for your very own Big Mac experience at home, your way.

Have you noticed that as good as Burger King’s burgers have always been, the fries don’t quite measure up to McDonald’s? They just never have; McDonald’s seems to have locked that down.
You will notice I didn’t add pickles, but put them on top. You can do either, or both if you’re a pickle fanatic.
💡 Optional Add-Ons or “Variables” Section
Make it spicy: Add diced jalapeños or a drizzle of sriracha.
Cheese swap: Try Colby Jack or pepper jack for extra bite.
Low-carb version: Scoop it up with mini bell peppers or lettuce cups.
Slider remix: Spread the dip between slider buns and call it “lazy Big Macs.”
So here’s the deal – this isn’t some polite little appetizer that quietly sits on the sidelines. This Big Mac Dip is loud, messy, and unapologetically extra, just like it should be. Every scoop tastes like you drove through the golden arches, minus the guilt and the guy in front of you ordering 47 Happy Meals. Serve it warm, grab a chip (or ten), and prepare to have everyone hovering around your bowl like seagulls at a beach picnic.

*I typically put glass pans on a baking sheet to bake because sometimes glass pans like to slide around on oven racks.

What a fantastic idea! My hubby is a huge Big Mac lover too so I think he will be super excited. Are those just the tortilla scoopers you are using as a chip?
Great idea! It looks delicious!
