Black Bean Chipotle Hummus

I have always had an affinity for hummus – all different types.
Black Bean Chipotle Hummus Here’s a few for you to peruse…this Roasted Poblano and Corn Hummus, this Sesame Ginger Hummus, and don’t forget Sesame Wasabi Hummus (one of my very favorites). Oh…and did you see my homemade pita bread? Check it out here.

This hummus is so good. It has that black bean bite to it, and a little smoky flavor from the chipotle. I love smoky.
Black Bean Chipotle Hummus I made my pita bread again and made chicken gyros with the hummus, feta cheese, tzaziki, etc. They were SO DAMN good.
IMGP3748 Look how fluffy that pita bread is! You should seriously make that, too.

Usually I like a little more lemon than half of one, but this version doesn’t really need it because of the chipotle, in my opinion. You’ll see what I mean when you make it.
