Ranch Guacamole

I have a little, itty bitty, tiny obsession.
Ranch GuacamoleGuacamole

I love putting all kinds of different shit in my guacamole to see how different I can make it. Not literal shit, but you know what I mean. I love to change it up and transform it.

That’s probably one of my favorite things about working with; it’s like a blank canvas.

For example…here is my Pineapple Guacamole, which is fantastic-

Oh, and let’s not forget my very favorite – Bacon and Blue Cheese Buffalo Guacamole – this stuff is THE BOMB.

This time, it’s Ranch Guacamole and I’m so in love.

Keep in mind that I put a little more jalapeno in it to offset the coolness of the Ranch, because I want the best of both worlds.

Ranch Guacamole

I know there are some haters out there when it comes to Ranch dressing. They can judge all they want; I love the stuff.

Ranch is so versatile. Seriously, as much as I’m a little ashamed of it sometimes I dip even the most delicious pizza in it.

It give guacamole a little makeover – not that the original isn’t the best – but sometimes it’s fun to change things up a bit.

Some obsessions are bad, but in a good way. This is one of those ways! Or should I say 1 of 4 ways?
