I made a special little spring/summer Guacamole for you today.
Who knew there would be a million different ways to manipulate an avocado? At this point I feel like I’ve violated the hell out of these things.
Let’s do a rundown – and these are only the ones I’ve shared with you – there’s more to come 😉
Pineapple Guacamole – One of my most favorite versions up to this point. She’s my classy version.
Bacon and Blue Cheese Guacamole – Avocado, bacon, blue cheese and buffalo hot sauce sauce. Um, yes, she’s officially the straight up WHORE of Guac. You’ll need to go ahead and repent after indulging. Just take a good shower after. Don’t forget to completely enjoy this, because she’s one in a million.
Do enjoy it, though.
Artichoke Guacamole – Fantastic version of guac. I eat artichokes out of the can. Not gonna lie.
I’m so loving this new recipe. The kiwi fruit added just enough sweetness to make it fun. I may or may not have added more jalapeno than I usually do. Ok, fine, I did. If you didn’t know, I have an affinity for heat. Surprise, surprise.
I lit it up. I can’t help it, I love burning my mouth off. Just keep that in mind when making my dishes – but I will always warn you and be specific in the recipes. You don’t have to though – keep the jalapeno to a minimum if you need to.
In the end, it all balances out. Oh, and BTW, those are Pringles new Sriracha Chips behind it. THEY ROCK!
I really could have inhaled an amount that wouldn’t have been very healthy tonight. I didn’t, but I probably will tomorrow.
*wink*
