Buffalo Chicken Dip Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers

At some point I’m wondering if I’ll run out of ways to play around with jalapeños.

I sure hope not. Nah, it couldn’t happen.

I’ve fried them, I’ve stuffed them in chicken, stuffed them with feta and wrapped with bacon, and made some absolutely insane flatbread. I could go on and on.

I know my title is very, very long, but….

Buffalo Chicken Dip Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers

Ingredients

  • 12 jalapeno peppers, washed, halved and deseeded (unless you like it hot 😉 )
  • This Dip
  • 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425.
  • Stuff each pepper half with chicken dip; place on a baking sheet lined with foil.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, until bread crumbs are slightly browned.
