Anyway, next to chicken, it’s one of the most searched for when it comes to slow cooking, or crock pot using. I still have two different crock pots, one I received as a gift when I was 19 (it still works!), and another crock pot hook up connectable that I adore for holidays and get togethers. I also received a big All Clad stainless slow cooker about two years ago that I cherish.
One of my favorite things to make in my slow cooker (or one of my crocks) is rotisserie chicken – it’s so easy. Ironically, I haven’t posted that recipe yet, but it’s coming, I swear.
All of these are the same, they cook slow, and they all have their purposes in my kitchen. I also have a hard time giving things up, but I am definitely not a hoarder.
No matter what time of year it is, I absolutely love my slow cooker. Who doesn’t love throwing ingredients into one pot, and leaving for the day to come back to the smell of a home-cooked meal?
