Winner of Weber Way to Grill Cookbook…

Congrats to Melissa at Food and Such!

Here’s her creative grill recipe:

Those do look good, but I’m sure they wouldn’t fit in with my new diet… but a grill book sure would!

Recently in Chicago, we had 2 days of heat around 100 degrees. For about 3 days prior to it, I soaked 2 pineapples, sliced, in a mixture of cinnamon, brown sugar, and Bacardi. On one of the hot days we had, we threw the marinated pineapple on the grill for about 15 minutes. The flavor was so great! I’m not a huge drinker, but these were so sweet and knocked me on my ass within 3 slices!

Easily one of the best items I’ve ever grilled.

That sounds amazing Melissa – that is definitely going to be something on our weekend menu in the near future.

Happy Monday Everybody!!
