Have I mentioned how much I ♥ Foodbuzz lately?
A couple of weeks ago, I came home from work to find a package at my front door. It was from Foodbuzz and this is what was inside…
Two bags of Godiva coffee, one French Vanilla flavored and the other Chocolate Truffle. Sinful. When I see a lucious bag of coffee, my mind goes crazy. I could do a million things with this stuff.
As part of the Foodbuzz Tastemaker Program with Godiva Coffee, I was selected to participate by creating an iced coffee drink and posting it on my website.
When I read the letter that was in the box, it took me no time to decide what to make. Just a few days before, a friend of mine, Joanna, asked me if I knew there was a whipped cream flavored vodka. I have seen peach flavored, vanilla flavored, grape, etc. but I had no idea such a thing existed.
Chocolate Truffle flavored coffee and whipped cream flavored vodka?
Good Lord.
One amazing, solidly delicious cocktail.
It’s like an Arby’s Jamocha milkshake. Do you remember those?? Those were hands down my very favorite milkshake when I was a teenager.
I could barely finish one because toward the end my stomach would clearly let me know “that’s enough of that shit“, but I couldn’t help myself. I had to, like most teenagers, make myself sick from time to time off of fast food and shit that wasn’t very good for me. Every time I would declare that it was the last time.
Make note of how the whipped cream slowly starts to incorporate into this pretty little drink…..
These are dangerous little toddies, y’all! It’s a bit hard to have just one, and they’re so decadent you forget that there’s any alcohol in them. So drink responsibly, or you’ll end up slurring your speech and drunk texting that guy that you swore you would never
This weekend we are cooking out, probably having some family over and enjoying what’s left of summer. These are definitely on the menu.
They are absolutely as decadent as they look!
Here’s your printable-
