Sponsored by Lunchbox.

This, y’all, is SO.GOOD.

Kraft Buffalo Chicken MacThis awesome one dish dinner is Kraft’s Deluxe Macaroni and Cheese, combined with chopped chicken and buffalo sauce and topped with even more cheese.

It’s Buffalo Chicken Mac – your new favorite easy dinner.

Buffalo Chicken MacIt’s cheesy with a little kick. It’s perfect for a weeknight dinner, or even a fun weekend lunch. Easy to put together and a crowd pleaser.

My family loved it – I omitted chicken from a portion for my daughter that doesn’t eat meat. The buffalo sauce and cheddar was a perfect flavor combination.

I was just debating what to make for the family of a friend who passed away recently (not really knowing them, what they like or even how many people I’m cooking for) and I think this may be the solution! Great idea. 🙂

I really like how you are real with your cooking, Shea. Many foodie websites out there tend to only feature recipes that require a $700 machine to cook (sous vide) or include ingredients that you can only find in a small section of a single city on the opposite coast. ~ This recipe and your photos of it show that we can eat quite well without breaking the bank. Furthermore, most people eat like this. Thank you for this wonderful shit.
