At some point I’m wondering if I’ll run out of ways to play around with jalapeños.
I sure hope not. Nah, it couldn’t happen.
I’ve fried them, I’ve stuffed them in chicken, stuffed them with feta and wrapped with bacon, and made some absolutely insane flatbread. I could go on and on.
I know my title is very, very long, but….
It had to be ‘splained.
Ingredients
- 12 jalapeno peppers, washed, halved and deseeded (unless you like it hot 😉 )
- This Dip
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Stuff each pepper half with chicken dip; place on a baking sheet lined with foil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until bread crumbs are slightly browned.
These are ridiculous.

And obviously deserving of a pretty plate.
