Cantaloupe Habanero Salsa

Remember this salsa?

It now has a sibling.

It’s a little deceiving. It’s so sweet.

Yet so hot.

Well, not that hot. It’s definitely tolerable. At least to me.

This idea came to me a few nights ago when I was cutting cantaloupe for my kids – I couldn’t get it off my mind.

I honestly can’t tell you why I absolutely had to use habanero pepper but it works.

It’s the bomb.com.

Oooohh that was cheesy.

You could definitely skip using the food processor and chop by hand, which will give you a chunkier salsa like a pico.

You need this in your life.
