How cute are these. Some ideas are born out of necessity. In other words, it was necessary that I do something with these rolls because they were about to go bad. I had really good intentions when I bought them, but just didn’t get around to doing said intentions.
I’m not sure why I haven’t thought about hooking up pork with buffalo sauce before. I absolutely LOVE buffalo sauce, and I ♥ good, lean pulled pork. You know, the little crispy pieces that get a little too done. Not sure why, but I’ve always been that way.
