I have declared my Supreme Pizza Quiche the queen of quiche. If you’ve never had quiche, it’s a pie made with mainly eggs and cheese,
So, let me tell you a story.
When I was pregnant with my son (first pregnancy), I craved Pizza Hut Super Supreme pizza ALL THE DAMN TIME. I would eat it at least once a week; at least half of a large pie. I think I probably grossed some people out by how much I could eat (sooo not becoming).
I gained 60 pounds with him on my 5’2″ frame and he ended up weighing almost 9 pounds.
NINE.POUNDS.
Please keep in mind pizza wasn’t all that I craved – I also had an obsession with kiwi sorbet from a local ice cream shop and fresh peaches.
THEN I gained about that much again with baby girl. She weighed 7.5. It’s amazing to me that I gave birth to those two big chunky sweet babies.
And now they’re 19 and 16. How did that happen??
This is a loaded pizza inspired quiche that I made since partnering with Cabot and King Arthur Flour for #quichefeast.
Maybe it’s a little untraditional, but it’s so me.
It’s full of good stuff – Italian sausage, mushrooms, onions, jalapeños, olives, tomatoes and, of course, lots of Cabot white cheddar.

Now this is a quiche! My, oh my. Well, at least it was only sorbet to go with the pizza. Balance things out, you know! Time flies and I still miss it!
Thanks Abbe!
No, Shea. This is the KING of quiche, if there is such a thing. Beautiful.
Thank you, Adam!!
