This Oreo Brownie Cookie Bar is insanity.

Chocolate, Oreo, cookie, brownie, fudgy straight up insanity.

Oreo Brownie Cookie Bar
I find myself posting more and more sweets here lately; but they are not for me, mind you.

I live with three garbage disposals and they mainly dispose of sugar, chocolate and/or more sugar and chocolate….throwing in the random rack of ribs and a Cheez-It or two.

Good thing I’ve learned to sneak veggies into some of my dishes.

Sssshhhh.

Don’t tell Katie.

What is Oreo Brownie Cookie Bar?

This is a decadent dessert that combines the best of three dessert favorites; rich, fudgy brownies, soft, chewy sugar cookies, and the classic flavor of Oreo cookies.

To make it even more indulgent, I’ve added a drizzle of hot fudge sauce.

Now, feel free to use ganache instead. I typically would have, but honestly I didn’t even think about it.

Ganache is one of the best things that ever happened to desserts in my personal opinion. It’s easy, inexpensive, and can transform something from just o.k. to fabulous.

Well, ok, maybe two drizzles.

It’s ridiculously addictive.

But, everybody loves chocolate so I have a good excuse.
