Individual Beef Pot Pies – Progress with Progresso

After indulging a good bit over the holidays, I feel the need to lower my calories a little and make healthier choices. While shopping at Publix (where I basically live), I picked up a few cans of Progresso soup; there are several “Light” varieties with only 100 calories or less!

Progresso
What I’m sharing with you today is their Beef Pot Roast that I topped with canned pizza dough to make individual pot pies. The soup really didn’t even need the topping because it was so good by itself, but these turned out fantastic and they were so easy.
ProgressoThese soups are not only low in calories, but they’re hearty and filling and make a perfect lunch or dinnertime option.

To make your Progresso Beef Pot Pies, simply divide the the soup into ramekins and top with refrigerated canned pizza dough. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes, until brown on top.

I think Progresso can help me with my New Year’s goals by offering something nutritious to eat for lunch and/or dinner and I would try the Light New England Clam Chowder frost. Thanks for the chance 🙂

I would love to try the Cheese Enchilada one. I think it would also be great added to a Mexican dish too.

Progresso can help me with my goals by filling me up without all the calories in regular soups! If I won, I would buy some Creamy Potato with bacon and cheese and serve it over a chicken breast. Darn. Now I’m drooling! Lol!

This would be really great to relax with when starting the new year. The first one that I would choose – the New England Chowder .

Progresso Light can help me reach my New Year’s resolutions with at least 33% fewer calories than regular ready-to-serve soups.
