    I love using basil in my “not your mama’s potato salad. I infuse into olive oil…along with parsley. YUM. I also make a LOT of homemade broths and soups…….all of these spices would be very handy.

    I use tons of spices. My cabinet is full but I can always make room. I make a lot of Chinese food which 5 spice is great for, Indian-turmeric and curry powder, Mediterranean oregano would be great for Greek salad. Rosemarry, garlic and onion for roasts. Paprika, cayenne and cajun seasoning for BBQ. Wow I use everything and if I don’t I will always find new recipes.
